Policy Purpose<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"91\" data-end=\"94\" \/>The Agency Business Division of\u00a0 Atenlab Corporation<strong data-start=\"126\" data-end=\"160\">.<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Department\u201d) establishes this <strong data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"255\">Information Security Policy<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthis Policy\u201d) in order to promote the <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"372\">Information Security Management System (ISMS)<\/strong>, create a secure and reliable information operating environment, and ensure the security of data, systems, equipment, and networks, thereby safeguarding the security of information operations.<\/p><p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"729\"><span style=\"color: #1184c2;\"><strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"595\">2. Scope of Application<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"598\" \/>All employees of the Department and all relevant internal and external stakeholders are responsible for complying with this Policy.<\/p><p data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"937\"><span style=\"color: #1184c2;\"><strong data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"778\">3. Responsibility for Information Security<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"781\" \/>All employees of the Department and external personnel shall bear in mind that:<br data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"863\" \/><strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"937\">\u201cInformation and communication security is everyone\u2019s responsibility.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"989\"><span style=\"color: #1184c2;\"><strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"989\">4. Information Security Policy and Objectives<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1046\"><strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1046\">4.1 Information Security Management and Regulations<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1668\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1057\">4.1.1<\/strong> All employees of the Department and external parties who need to access sensitive areas such as the Department\u2019s server room, or participate in confidential projects, must undergo identity verification and comply with the requirements of national laws and relevant customer regulations related to information security, including the <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1427\">National Security Protection Act<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1462\">Cyber Security Management Act<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1496\">Personal Data Protection Act<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1515\">Copyright Act<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1538\">Criminal Code<\/strong>. No information leakage or illegal activities shall occur; otherwise, legal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.<\/p><p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"2119\"><strong data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1679\">4.1.2<\/strong> Third parties entrusted to handle the Department\u2019s commissioned operations shall ensure that their relevant procedures and environments are equipped with comprehensive information security management measures or have passed third-party verification.<br data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1932\" \/>If a third party further subcontracts any commissioned work, the scope and parties involved in the subcontracting must also implement appropriate information security protection measures.<\/p><p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2187\"><strong data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2187\">4.2 Information Security Objectives and Measurement Indicators<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2344\"><strong data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2251\">4.2.1 Confidentiality Objective and Measurement Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2254\" \/>No substantiated complaints due to leakage of sensitive information shall occur each year.<\/p><p data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2515\"><strong data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2402\">4.2.2 Integrity Objective and Measurement Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2405\" \/>No substantiated complaints due to data tampering resulting from unauthorized intrusion shall occur each year.<\/p><p data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2646\"><strong data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2576\">4.2.3 Availability Objective and Measurement Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2579\" \/>The cumulative annual system downtime shall not exceed <strong data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2645\">30 days<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2977\"><strong data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2705\">4.2.4 Compliance Objective and Measurement Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2705\" data-end=\"2708\" \/>An annual review of the information security management system shall be conducted. There shall be <strong data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"2863\">no substantiated complaints resulting from violations<\/strong> of national regulations such as the <strong data-start=\"2900\" data-end=\"2936\">National Security Protection Act<\/strong> or the <strong data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2976\">Personal Data Protection Act<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2979\" data-end=\"3181\"><strong data-start=\"2979\" data-end=\"3069\">4.2.5 Information Security Management System or Security Awareness Training Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3072\" \/>Employees shall receive <strong data-start=\"3096\" data-end=\"3129\">no less than 3 hours per year<\/strong> of ISMS or information security awareness training.<\/p><p data-start=\"3183\" data-end=\"3357\"><strong data-start=\"3183\" data-end=\"3225\">4.2.6 Professional Training Indicator:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3228\" \/>Designated information security personnel shall receive <strong data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3317\">no less than 6 hours per year<\/strong> of professional cybersecurity training.<\/p><p data-start=\"3359\" data-end=\"3379\"><span style=\"color: #1184c2;\"><strong data-start=\"3359\" data-end=\"3379\">5. Policy Review<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"3381\" data-end=\"3627\"><strong data-start=\"3381\" data-end=\"3388\">5.1<\/strong> This Policy shall be reviewed and evaluated <strong data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3459\">at least once per year<\/strong> to ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and international standards, and to maintain the effectiveness of information security management operations.<\/p><p data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3988\"><strong data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3636\">5.2<\/strong> This Policy must be approved by the <strong data-start=\"3673\" data-end=\"3718\">Information Security Management Committee<\/strong>, announced by the <strong data-start=\"3737\" data-end=\"3755\">top management<\/strong>, and shall take effect on the date of announcement. All internal employees and external parties shall be notified in writing, electronically, or by other means to comply with this Policy.
